What are the requirements to having a document notarized?

All signers need to appear before the Notary Public, be coherent and able to communicate their understanding of the document to the Notary.

All signers need to provide proof of identity such as an original State or Government Issued Photo Identification that is current or not expired more than three years. Examples: Driver License, State Issued Identification Card Or Passport.

What is the purpose of a Notary Public?

A Notary Publics role is to serve as a disinterested party, properly verify the identity of the document signers, administer an oath, or acknowledge that the document was signed willingly by the person(s) who physically appeared before the Notary.

There is a $15.00 fee for each document/signer in addition to a minimal travel/time fee based on the meeting location. A quote will be provided at the time of setting an appointment.

Payment is made at the completion of the appointment. I accept Cash, Checks, Credit/Debit, Venmo, Zelle and Online Pay Link.
